The Big Bicycle Ride to Al's French Frys

Okay, so people who routinely bicycle 100 miles a day for fun and exercise won't think much of our excursion, but we're not very experienced bicyclists.  We got out of the habit.   So anyway: we bicycled 35 miles round-trip from our home in eastern Richmond, Vermont to the western edge of South Burlington, Vermont, and celebrated by having french fries and gravy at Al's French Frys (sic) -- over some damn hilly terrain, too.   Only took us seven hours, counting time spent eating grease at Al's and a half hour or so poking around Adams Farm Market and  Earl's Cyclery and Fitness on our way there.

Oh, and on the way home we stopped off at one our neighbors and kissed his camel.
